Glade Trust provides educational estate-planning tools. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Glade Trust is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

When you use our tools or submit a form, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, state, answers to tool questions, generated recommendations or estimates, callback preferences, and basic technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps.

How we use information

• To operate, secure, debug, and improve the website and lead delivery systems.
• To measure advertising performance and understand which pages and tools are useful.

Advertising and analytics

We use the Meta Pixel and similar technologies to understand visits, form submissions, and advertising performance. These tools may set cookies or collect device and browsing information. How we share information

If you request a callback, we may share your information with a relevant estate-planning attorney or partner so they can contact you. We do not sell your personal information for money.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no website or transmission method is completely secure. Please do not submit highly sensitive information through these tools.

Children

Our tools are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
